To guarantee the training effect, the company administrative personnel department and rubber stopper department relevant leaders finally formulated more practical and targeted training course together with the Century the Strategy advisory group through repeated communication with training result as guide. The training was carried out by grouping, allowing everyone to fast establish team feeling. They all thought that they had learnt new management skill and technology in those simple and true cases and realized there was no best but only better in the management work. They also was shocked and thought it was very beneficial in their practical work. They would apply what they had learnt in future to improve their own management ability and improve the company production site management level.
