In April, the company conducted the skill assessment of the first quarter on the first-line workers of the rubber plug production department according to the rules in The Notice on the Incentive Policies to the first-line workers and issued the skill allowances according to the assessment results. This policy has acquired a unanimous good response from the workers. On 19 Sept. of Moon Festival, the awards ceremony of the second quarter for most skilled workers of Hualan was officially held in the conference room on the 7^th floor of the company building. The general manager valued this ceremony very much and attended it and bestowed the rewards himself.

With the foundation of the assessment work of the first quarter, this time was more successful. The details of the assessment were perfected to a further extent. In the award ceremony, Fu Jiafen, Zhou Xin, Wang Jinjie, Zhang Haixia, Cai Jinmei and other representatives gave speeches on behalf of the honored workers. They all expressed that these achievements they had attained were only a part of history. If they wanted to develop with the company and make progresses together, they needed to keep up with the company’s development ideal and requirements and require themselves with higher standards and try their best to do everything.

To assess the workers on their skills is not only an important measure of the company to inspire old staff and maintain the new staff, more importantly, it is an effective approach for the company to strengthen the talent construction, promote its technical innovation and improvements and enable the company, the staff to co-develop in the long run. From now on, the company will gradually perfect this policy and implement it by quarters.
